We are trying to do something different, wherein you can get the most out of yourself from this experience.
Every contributor will be promoted based on the work he/she puts in form tiers → From base Tier to Tier 3 and will have different benefits and prizes awarded at the end of each said segment.
The only rule → If you stop at one tier suppose base tier and opt for earning as a freelancer, you will no longer get benefits from the other tier and will lose the chance of growing potential. Unless you work hard and slowly increase your freelancing prizes based on experience.
Example :
Every work allocated will have a particular time-interval given,
For Example: If we have a news post that takes 30 minutes to finish, it will be counted as 30 minutes only; whether the contributor takes 2 hours or 8 hours to finish it, no excuses here.
Eligibility: Should have the minimum experience to work, and get started by yourself. From learning from free media sources on the internet.
Goal: You will be allocated work every day on a first-come-first-serve basis, your goal is to complete at least 60 hours worth of work to be able to proceed to the next tier.
Duration: 1 Month Approx
Note → After 1 month if you are not completing tasks allocated or proceeding fast enough, will be removed from this program. For us to simplify our & yours work.
Perks: You will get a chance of getting into a private group of freelancers with Average rates of 20₹ - 30₹ / Hr for your work.
Downside: Does not have top-level work, less work, maybe related to data entry and fewer options.
Eligibility: Should've completed base tier, but eager to learn more and grow.
Goal: You will be allocated work every day on a first-come-first-serve basis, your goal is to complete at least 120 hours(Including Base Tier) worth of work to be able to proceed to the next tier.
Duration: 1 - 2 Months Approx
Perks: You will get a chance of getting into a private group of freelancers with Average rates of 25₹ - 35₹ / Hr for your work.
Benefits: A certificate of appreciation with a small gift will be mailed to you.
Downside: This does not have top-level work, but consistent work will be given.
Eligibility: Should've completed Tier - I, By now you will understand how it works and refine your skills.
Goal: You will be allocated work every day on a first-come-first-serve basis, your goal is to complete at least 240 hours(Including Tier -I) worth of work to be able to proceed to the next tier.
Duration: 2 - 3 Months Approx
Benefits: A certificate of appreciation with a few gifts will be mailed to you.
Perks: You will get a chance of getting into a private group of freelancers with Average rates of 30₹ - 40₹ / Hr for your work.
Downside: May not be eligible for an insider team.
Eligibility: Should've completed Tier - II, By now you would have refined your skills and started your mission to find career opportunities.
Goal: You will be allocated work every day on a first-come-first-serve basis, your goal is to complete at least 340 hours(Including Tier -II) worth of work to be able to proceed to the next tier.
Duration: 3 - 5 Months Approx
Benefits
Perks: You will get a chance of getting into a private group of freelancers with Average rates of 35₹ - 50₹ / Hr & More for your work.
This is a volunteer role and works based on contributions from your side, Good for people who want to gain experience in this field and try out and build their portfolios & resumes.
This is an unpaid role - only for beginners or someone who won't try something different and learn.
This is remote work, and not for everyone, only for selected individuals who have the right attitude and passion towards this field.
We will give free training for the right person, what we need from you is your time, presence and decent laptop with internet connectivity from your side.
It's also like a free mentorship program with real practical work experience.
