Realme has started rolling out the latest security patch update for its Realme 5s handset of devices, this update brings the November 2021 Security Patch carrying RMX1911EX_11.C.77 Build with it and has an approx file size of 209 MB with Android 10 similar to that of Realme 5
Although Realme 5s was an exact replica of Realme 5, the only difference was the camera & storage range the device was introduced, the Realme 5s had a base model 4/64, unlike its sibling which came with a 3/32 base model, Its an Iterative or camera upgrade to Realme 5 with the almost same pricing.
This device was launched in November 2019 with Android 9 Pie out of the box and so far only manage to get 1 major OTA upgrade to Android 10. The Realme enthusiastic fans would have loved Android 11 as the last major upgrade but due to the huge amount of newer devices being launched, the software support team dropped the plan of the A11 update for the device.

The Realme 5 Software Update has brought the October & November 2021 Android Security Patch integrated along with some system improvements and stability.
Note: In order to ensure the stability of this update, it will have a staged rollout.
The update will be randomly pushed out to a limited number of users today and will have a broader rollout in a few days after making sure there are no critical bugs.
If no critical bugs are found, the full rollout will be completed in the upcoming days.

The Realme 5s was released with an Android 9 Pie out-of-the-box. It has received one major OS update with Android 10.
And reportedly, as per a Realme Community member, the Realme 5s is not going to receive the Android 11 upgrade. But, it will continue to receive Security Updates in the future.

The official thread about the Realme 5s Software Update, “This is a phased roll-out and will be available to all the users very soon. Kindly be patient and wait for the update on your device”.
Once the update is available on your device, you can head over to Settings >> About Phone >> Software Update section to update with the latest security/software update.
