Realme released October 2021 security patch for its new tablet Realme Pad via OTA with firmware version RMP2103_11_A.03 which only brings a security patch improvement.
In order to ensure the stability of this update, it will have a staged rollout. The update will be randomly pushed out to a limited number of users now and will have a broader rollout in a few days after making sure there are no critical bugs.
Realme pad was Released on 16th September 2021 with Android 11 out-of-the-box.

The Realme Pad came with Android 11 out-of-the-box. Hence, its first major OS update will be Android 12 and The Android 13 update will most probably be the last major OS update for it. But, it is still unconfirmed.
The Realme Pad October 2021 Android Security Patch is being rolled out in phases.
Once the update is available on your device, you can head over to Settings >> About Phone >> Software Update section to update your Realme device with the latest security/software update.
